Don't know anything about this operation, but I lived near Stuart, FL for awhile. I'm would be surprised if this is a scheduled operation. The community around the airport is not very friendly to aviation. It is increasingly a noise sensitive area. Talk has come up before about airline service there and it was always shot down. Maybe this is a fractional or corporate shuttle?
