Well this is horrible news right on a day off. I honestly hope we dont F(word) 80 pilots especially since I would fall right in the middle of that number.

Sorry B but don't go back to f****** SIU or I will be disappointed!

Are the GoJet slime getting furloughed? If not, yet another time that they've f****** over the TSA pilots.

All the best of luck to you guys. That has and always be a crapppy place. Get out and never look back. Ask any ex-tsaer and there are never any regrets

So not to jump the gun here but who's still hiring out there?

Losing Airways? UAL cutting back 50 seaters? Something must be up you don't just furlough 80 pilots out of the blue.

Unless you're TSA, in which case you do it whenever you darn well please.

This reminds me of what happened in the summer of 2006. Good luck guys, both to those possibly getting furloughed/downgraded and those who will still be there dealing with the rampant junior manning and moving of days off on reserve.

2006 downgrades and furloughs were due to the 41s going away. Still no reason for this round, but the phone calls only went out a few hours ago...
