Trans states Q's

I have some Questions about Trans states. it would really work out well for a friend of mine who lives in St. Louis.

1) How senior is STL for FO's?
2) How secure are the 50 seat contracts
3) How long is the upgrade to captain?

STL is easy to get right now. If not immediate, it would be very soon

Upgrade is down to 1 year or less.

American and United contracts seem to be secure but who knows. US Airways will either change radically or go away as USAirways is cutting back PIT so much. Since Trans States is a privately held company, the labor groups will always be the last to know.
