You can't be serious? What's ALPA's take on this Terry?

Sorry I took so long to reply, Rook.
From what I have heard, ALPA National will get involved in this. I try to just show up, go where they say, and forget about it all. That seems to keep things from eating one up too much.

I believe that they are working on some sort of new waiver that will allow lower time pilots to upgrade to captain with less than 1500 hours, and when that happens, I will be at the top of the list.

And I'll be the first to get the heck off of your airplane. 1500 captains and 300 hour f/o's? You should be towing banners.

Wait until there's an accident and the suing lawyers discover these boy wonders were in charge of an airliner.

No sweat dude. I'm the same way. Sucks about your teammates though. Hopefully ALPA national will be proactive and that will all be behind them.

Looks like a high overcast.
Better ask for Type IV.

I am wondering what our "wonder 500 hr FO" would think about the little experiment their pilots did over MO.

Why is it whenever someone posts flame-bait, FLG 3701 gets trudged up as an argument tactic? How bout ignoring the flame, putting the Kool-Aid Pitcher down, and letting it go. There are tons of operators out there that do V-1 cuts in the actual airplane, intentional shutdowns and restarts...I even heard of a Saab crew throwing the props in reverse just to see what would happen. These topics never come up again and again. Ignore the 9E flamebait. This is a TSA thread anyway.
