RZ has been replaced? WTF? Is he back flying the line?
If he went back to the line, first trip he would be found face down in a dumpster just off of Beale St.

You work for Hulas, 'nuff said.....

So what's your point? That it's a regional and it sucks. OK. That you should get your time and get the hell out? OK.

For whatever reason the management here has changed a lot and they appear to be interested in making this a decent place to work. Don't believe me? Fine. Go someplace else. But after having worked in this insane business for 16 years, for four different regional airlines, I can tell you this place is about average. All I can say is I haven't missed a paycheck, the contract is decent, and the pay is slightly above average. The pilot group is a great bunch of guys, and the new CP, Dulles CP, and DO are great to work with.

The heyday of the Regionals is long gone. The days of great places to work like Comair, Mesaba, ACA and Air Whiskey are soon to be gone as the only one left standing is Air Whiskey, and they may not be around much longer if you believe some of the rumors. Hopefully they continue and keep their flying, but the handwriting is on the wall, unfortunately.

Keep saying that, over and over. Hulas looks at you like a pack mule, every now nanda then you will see a carrot, just before it's jammed into your tater. I have worked for Hulas and his gang of thuggees. Look up thuggee, you will notice a similarity.

You have as in past tense. I am, as in present tense. The thuggees you refer to have been replaced, starting with the DO. Even the longtime guys here talk about how this place is night and day since KS became the DO.

I have no illusion that Hulas does anything out of the graciousness of his heart. But they want TSA to be around when the music stops and Hulas and co have hired some decent mangers to ensure that.

I've been around long enough to know the history of this place and how Hulas operates. Its my second go around here. This place is changing, a lot, for the better. Just ask anybody who is working here now, not in the past.
