Any idea how long it takes Karen to return calls to schedule an interview?

Do yourself a favor and go find a good charter or cargo company to fly for. The regionals have become such a joke especially with that cr@p going on at PSA. I left six years ago and found a good charter company to fly for thats local, my pay more than doubled and the flying is pretty interesting and fun most times. I know most people are looking at the carrot on a stick ( major airline),but majors do hire charter and corporate guys, two of our pilots just interviewed at United and are waiting for class dates.

Usually within a week but I'd keep calling back. Recruiting is slammed right now. As to the other posts, I've been here 8 months and have had a very good experience. The DO, a Comair guy, has brought in new managers that have made this good place to work. In the last few months the System Chief Pilot and Manager of Training have both been replaced, and the training program and washout rates are very different than it has been in the past.
