I was just wondering if anybody out there knew of any flight schools that have programs where you do all your training at the school and once you have completed the program you get a job as a CFI.

flyallday - I've been told by the owners of three different schools around here that if I do my CFI with them, they'd have a position for me once I'm done. Of course, talk is cheap - it remains to be seen if any pull through.

I guess what I'm getting at is that you may just want to ask the various schools in your area and see what's available.

"Guaranteed" CFI jobs

Bear in mind that there are no guarantees. If every school kept its promise to hire each pilot/instructor it graduates, it would have many, many more instructors than students! Especially these days when schools are short of students.

Having said that, the list is endless. College flight programs, commercial schools, and FBOs will hire their own graduates. You need to do some research.

I can give you three examples offhand:

FlightSafety Academy.

Comair Aviation Academy.

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.

Once more, beware of "guaranteed" hiring. Good luck with your research.
