Training Contract at NetJets / CitationShares???

Looking for some information on the training contracts for both of these places. From what I've found it looks like NetJets has you sign a 2 yr contract and I couldn't find anything about CitationShares. Does anybody have any info on this? How much do the companies make you pay if you leave before the end of the contract? Thanks for the help.

NetJets is 100% for 1st year and 50% during second year. Contract prices vary depending on plane, but $20k is about middle of the road.

Training Contract...

If the last TA had passed, new hires would have NO payback, and NO contract, on type ratings at NJA. Thats probably because they couldnt get anyone to sign up at such a low salery and thats one way to get someone in the door....

CS is 1 year from DOH, not pro-rated.

Ok. But how much do you have to repay at CS if you leave before the end of that one year?
