Hey all,
I got a call from Connie Rice at Tradewinds inviting me to an interview next week. I was wondering if anyone had any insight into the interview process, training, pay (I've seen the rates, but what is a realistic 1st year FO pay, including per diem), etc. I've heard good and bad about the company, but I've heard they are nice folks and a good pilot group.
Thanks for any info (I did read the posts below about Tradewinds, but was wondering about interview details in particular).

ATP, 1 type rating-BA3100
5100TT
3200Turbine
1550Turbine PIC
All turbine time in props
121 and 135 experience
Someone from here walked a resume in last spring, (I had helped him out with a previous job), I updated last in December.
