I don't know bout y'all but I quit going to the General section of Flightinfo a couple of years ago. I just don't have the time to read it all, so I stay here in the Majors section.

But I encourage you to go over and read all the posts about the death of the webmaster. Then think about sending his family a check. I know I probably would not have gotten the job I have today without Flightinfo. 'Nuff said....

Same here. This board helped me make the transition to corporate flying, and later to airline flying. I have traded e-mail with Mark quite a few times over the years, sorry now that I never got the chance to meet him. Ditto with the Memorial Fund contribution.

I thought the same thing. Flightinfo helped me tremendously during my job search and then helped me keep my sanity during my extended time in the pool, now I still read it several times a week.

Sending a check is the least I could do...
