A THANK YOU SPOOF FROM DAVE SEIGAL

As all of you are aware, our third quarter financial report is due out soon. While other airlines will either break even or post a profit, sadly, we will not.

Thank you for all of your concessions and givebacks, furloughs and fleet reductions, pensions and work rules. All these things we in management have taken from you and your families so that we could get $1 billion from the taxpayers of America, of which you will recieve very little if any.

Here is what we have done for you. Got you a codeshare with United... Kind of like towing the Lucitania behind the Titanic.. Patted ourself on the back with raises to retain all those geniouses that put us in dire straits anyway.
We have started a whole new airline call MidAtlantic that we believe will save the company. But after more than a year there are still no aircraft on the property, and barely a skeleton crew in Pit that we pay top dollar to sit around and play solitare. We are more concerned with getting the furloughed pilots jobs with outside contract carriers.

To help improve our company we will continue to give more flying away to other airlines because we feel we shouldn't have to compete in the marketplace to make money. We will continue to blame our labor and low cost carriers for all our woes and will under no circumstances lay the blame on our management and planning strategies.

Tune in next time for.... As the Jet Burns....

blzr,
I couldn'ta said it goodern that!

AAA has always seemed to reward incompetence. They payout more $$ than most airline pilots will make in a career to get rid of people they paid a ton to get.
