it would sure suck if AA needed to replace XXXX number of warm bodies because of age 65 mandatory's and did not have the money to hire/train the new bodies.

They would be replacing warm bodies at the top of the payscale with warm bodies at the bottom of the payscale. I think they will find the cash for that.
