I recently found a FAA document that says flight time performing the duties of a Designated Pilot Examiner does not count towards "Other Commercial Flight Time" for 121 and 135.

This is a fairly old document. What I'm wondering if there are any legal types out there who may have already looked into it, will the FAA consider the same for 91 Subpart K Flight Time Limits?
