tim pacini and aerial messages

I think there was at least one pilot who commented that he worked for Pacini at some point. I thought someone even posted that Tim had a criminal record in that thread.

I assume you have been awarded a judgement against Aerial Messages and are now looking for financial data for use in the proceedings? Unfortunately my understanding is that Pacini is simply the sales guy any and all assets are held by his wife.
