Ladies and gentlemen, this is your Lufthansa Captain speaking. We've had to shut down an engine on the left side of the airplane, but our friends at United have agreed to give us a little help. The 757 you see out the left window will be giving us just a bit of a push.

My same exact thought. Had to be SFO. Actually one of my favorite airports to fly into, with good weather, when I'm self-loading cargo.:p
 
I used to love going in there in the King Air and they'd want me to stay wing to wing with a 757 all the way to touchdown. On a clear day that has to rank as one of the most beautiful approaches on the planet.
