Mccgregor Executive in Waco has Pulsating VASI on RWY 17.

Not anymore they just put in a new one that is 4 light, 2 green 2 red, whatever its called. Its my home airport.

Thanks for the correction. It's been a couple of years since I have been there and I had to go back and look at the plates to even remember which runway it was.
