Instead of trying to cut costs to the bone to remain "cost competitive" and retain flying while screwing your pilots, and in so doing sending morale down the sh!tter, why not try a fresh approach.

How about actually trying to run a decent airline that offers decent service and ontime performance. That kind of operation may actually be attractive to prospective clients, and you may grow despite not being the lowest of the low.

But oh, hang on....... to do that you'd have to get rid of the clowns running this big-top (ie. yourselves) and we couldn't possibly have incompetent airline managers out of work.

Silly idea. Continue.
