Hello all,
i have been researching thomas edison for a few days now and am about to send them some money.

After searching the board i discovered that TESC is not accredited by the aviation accrediting agencies. So my question is would an avaition degree from TESC affect me negatively in my future job search??

thanks again

Not sure what you mean with an aviation accreditation?

TESC is fully accredited and recognized by other institutions.

I graduated in 1992 at went right in to ERAU for my Masters, no problem.

I would and have, reccommended them to anyone.

thanks a lot for the info.
I did a search on the flightinfo board and found a post saying that TESC 's aviation degree is not acrredited by the aviation accrediting agencies. I am not really sure what it means.

By the way, did you get the aviation degree from Tesc?

thanks again

Get a copy of Bear's guide to nontraditional degrees, and read the chapter on accreditation. Next, try to figure out exactly why you want a degree in aviation. Ask most people who have one, and they will tell you they are almost useless. There is no job in the world that requires one, and you are probably better off with another major. Then, take a look at excelsior.edu before you decide, another good school which I found to be much easier on the red tape.

Good luck.
