Oh, so it was just a wing panel that wasn't re-attached properly? Funny how they worded it though...I landed at MDW a few months back and the ground crew started saying things like "you know you're missing a piece of your wing?" and "there's a piece of your wing that's busted." Of course those comments will get your heart beating...until I walked around and all it was was an 8X2 inch wing bolt inspection panel that wasn't attached properly and when we started flying the wind just peeled it back and nearly snapped it off. No biggie.
 
The pilots look at each other and say:

"I thought you were doing the pre-flight inspection."
 
typical bs media f-ing a$$holes. "the pilot". I guess the 'other' part of the crew was in the back with their mamosa's and caviar.
Whew!! Good thing the "pilot" was the only one there to save the day....thank you, media jerks. I guess the general public thinks that there is only "the pilot" up front.
 
Almost 2,000 hours later, I'm still waiting to become a commercial pilot. You see I'm not a commercial pilot because I don't fly commercial planes right?
