Seriously none of us knows what the outcome will be. I am enjoying bustin their nuggets over this because of their extremely arrogant attitiude. Have you noticed how they feel that the world revolves around them??

I guess the only good point that I can find in all of this, is that if we are bought by US Air, at least we will have the benefit of knowing Air Wisconsin will be looking for another carrier to feed for! Better make sure that resume is updated WD, you'll be looking for another job real soon!
I sure hope them luck, seems they're going to need it!:uzi:

Ok after all, its just flaimbait
"Our proposal is just better. For everyone," Tuesday's newsletter said.
US Airways said in its newsletter to employees Tuesday that the real question people should be asking is what provides the most value to Delta's creditors.
"Delta's standalone plan — no matter how good it may be — cannot possibly offer an expanded route network, more destinations and a better frequent flier program," US Airways said.
This is crazy. How could eliminating a NYC Shuttle, and half of the flights from LGA to GSO, GSP, CHS, RDU, etc be a good thing? Oh, you want to give it to actual LCCs? Oh, Southwest can't wait to fly to Wilmington, NC from LGA.... Or Myrtle Beach from LGA, etc.... They won't hit half of those cities, and those cities will have half of the flights and be twice as expensive. Many cities will lose service all together maybe. Nah, Parker is on drugs... And a better frequent flyer program? Huh? Squeezing twice the people into one plan is better? Riiiiight. Overlap is key here. USAir and AWA had virtually NO overlap. USAir and DL have lots and lots of overlap. That won't work, and the DOJ and Congress didn't allow UAL and USAir to merge due to Washington DC overlap. We have a lot more.
Bye Bye--General Lee
