I just don't understand how anyone would want to apply. Besides the scab thing, who would want to go somewhere that for whatever reason the present employees feel that the current conditions are so bad that they would strike over it. I can just imagine an interview conversation...

"Soo, what happened to all the other employees?"

"Oh them, yeah they are all out on strike because the pay is horrible and we here at management are striving to make working conditions as bad as possible, soo when can you start?"
