At about 6:30 you can see the engine pylon vibration, and later on the tail vibration.

This looks like a sad attempt to keep up with Sikorsky's X2.
Calling it the X3 just to have one up on the name. (low class Eurocopter)
Strapping 2 pylons on an existing design. They are going to learn about harmonics.

Can you imagine trying to mound and unmount people, cargo on this thing? What about a stretcher?

It's an poor try to steal the thunder from the X2 250kt achievement.

Agreed. The Iranians would buy it though. They would take the engines off the pylons and mount bombs. :erm:
