This week as I was freight doggin it and waiting for "the call" in an unnamed podunk airport I ended up talking to the locals about the corporate flight department next door and what they were like to work for. Turns out that not only is it a great company to work for with nice equipment and a great group of guys, but the company itself actually appreciates the employees. So much so that when the company won a HUGE lawsuit they didn't take all the money and line the pockets of the upper execs. no. They gave really big bonuses to the employees. Those in the flight department got a 35k christmas bonus. One factory employee of 12 years at the company recieved 12k. It was refreshing to see a place where the company values the employees enough to do that. It gave me good hopes for the future. I hope I can eventually fnid myself in a place like that.

Has anyone ever heard of something like this happening before?

Marvin windows in Warroad MN. It's a tiny bit desolate there, but it seems like if you are a pilot you've got the sweetest deal for about 500 miles in any direction. If you like fishing hunting and the outdoors and you can convince a spouse to live in northern MN it would be ideal

I see there King Air's in MSP all the time. Apparently they run a shuttle, not sure of the exact fleet specifics but i know that they have multiple KA's
