and I hear they taste like apparagus.

Anyone? Anyone?

Serve covered in a nice hollandaise sauce, garnished neatly with a few slices of green apple and topped with a couple pinchs of paprika. Presentation is everything!

Nothing impresses a woman more than a fine glass of wine and some fried Cicadas.

She'll know you think she's special when you serve her a plate of insects that look like gigantic house flys covered with melted cheese!

Is it white or red wine with bugs?

I prefer mine covered in chocolate.

And remember, red wine is good for the heart. ;)

Actually, you get two slices of white bread, spread 2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter on one side, spread a mashed banana on the other, put the Cicadas in the center, and fry it up in two tablespoons of butter.

Eat about 12-15 of these sandwiches in each sitting. You too, can be King.....(wait, that's another thread...sorry..:o )

Red Wine is best. There are some good Cajun recipes that'll really get that gal of your dreams lusting over you...Cicada Sauce Pecant, Cicada Boudain, Cicada and sauteed Nuetria Rat. MMMMmmmm!
