Actually, I can. I wouldn't change anything I have going right now, only retire if it made sense. But only working 8 days a month is basically retirement anyways. Fact is, you can say all you want, but 13,000 posts says otherwise. Sure I can say I have doctorate to make a point, and nobody would know the wiser. Thats the funniest thing about you forum junkies, sit on here all day hidden behind some picture talking like you are god's gift to the world. If you really are happy with your life, good for you for achieving it. However, your absurd number of posts, and your searching of regional forums to put those people down is characteristic of someone with no life and unhappy with the way their life has turned out. Truth is, you don't know me, and I don't know you. So you calling me a loser based on information you don't know has no foundation to it. I am not calling you pathetic for the hobbies you have, only saying someone thats has made 13,000 posts is obviously on this site way too much time and needs to go find something else to do. If you seriously, can post this much and do all of that, you either don't sleep or have found a way to make a day longer, and if this is the case I have plenty of household b*tch work for you to do. I have been vacationing all summer. Now get on here and waste more of your time typing a reply that nobody, myself included will give a crap about because I am heading home tomorrow and going fishing. See ya Jenny Lee!

Hahahaha, well said!!

Jenny Lee - For clarity...I was curious as to how much time you have really spent on here so I did some math. Say it takes you 5 minutes to write a post on average. So 5 minutes per post multiplied by 13,000 posts is just over 45 continuous days of your life spent posting on FI. That number does not include any other forums like APC, or your time spent reading forums or posts. So the true number is probably at least more than double that, probably quadruple that, because posting seems to be the quickest part of this whole b*tching on FI process. So extremely conservatively, thats 100 days of your life, almost 1/3 of a year you could have been biking, hiking, reading, vacationing, etc. That is what I think is pathetic. If you enjoy your wife, biking, your job and traveling so much, I suggest you get off your duff and continue to enjoy life outside of FI.

What's great is that I usually post many many times at a sit, so the large number of posts doesn't necessarily mean I have done one or two posts a day continuously forever. But hey, you MUST know otherwise, calling me pathetic and telling me I need to go find something else to do. Thanks DAD. I do just fine enjoying a website about aviation.

And wait, you go fishing? And you call me pathetic? That is an ABSURD hobby. Do you get worms in your fingernails? Nasty. Can't you just be cosmopolitan like the rest of the civilized world and just eat Sushi at a sushi bar? You need to catch it? Wait, you need to sit endlessly and (completely boring for most of the world's population) wait for something to bite, and then snag it? Sounds like what I do on FI, like when I read posts like yours. You are the fish, and I am the fisherman. Go enjoy your summer long vacation. I go on vacation everytime I fly on one of my trips, seeing places I enjoy, on DL's dime. Bye now, and go have fun with your worms.......

So, I can't take a computer on layovers? I always have to be walking around Paris or New York, even at 11pm local time? I have plenty of time to look at FI and respond if I want to. And, does it take you 5 minutes to do a post? Are you that slow? I type fast, and I am very accurate. And most of all, I enjoy it. Also, I fly about 3 days a week, and make 20 or more hours, because the flying is very productive, mostly 10 hour legs. That means I have plenty of time at home, and when the wife works I can do whatever. Quality time is not a problem. Thanks for caring Mr Screamer, and you better get out there and catch that large bass that is waiting for you..... sounds fantastic. (this post took 3 minutes)

Bye Bye--General Lee
