I usually do not off-line j/s for various reasons. The reasons vary from being protected on the company j/s (i.e., if a flight is missed due to commuting) versus the load factors of late.
Saturday I decided to go home via NWA & Mesaba and would like to thank both crews for their professionalism and their pleasantness.
I've had a few j/s horror stories in the past and this was such a nice change.
Wishing the NWA crews the best of luck -- the furlouhed rumors of 1996 hire date are incredible!
