I just wanted to post a big thank you to all the Airtran guys and gals out there. My wife and two boys go to ATL a lot (most recently this past weekend) to visit my in-laws and we use the $25 pass coupons for standby travel. I must say that ALL of the folks they encounter treat them great. My wife even got upgraded to Business Class which she really appreciated and enjoyed. The folks at the ticket counter and gate seem to go out of their way to treat them extra special. They know she is traveling standby (and is a jetBlue wife) and that doesn't seem to matter. Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks and let you know that that kind of service does not go un-noticed and will be repaid with the same whenever the chances presents itself.
