I just got back from a trip from BOS to DEN on Jet Blue and it was by far the best trip on any airline that I have ever made. Everyone wearing blue was so professional and helpful. What a breath of fresh air in today climate where it seems all everyone does is gripe about how bad things are. It truely was a nice change!

Havent flown them in awhile, but when they first started service, it was great. A couple years after that, I saw that their growth hurt customer service a bit.

I've never been on Jet Blue, however I had the same experience with Southwest Airlines. Once I flew them as a paying passenger in the back. After parking at the gate, the front door was opened and people were exiting the plane in less than about 30 seconds of the airplane being chocked. I've never seen the legacy's come close to getting people off the plane that quickly.
One time I sat in my seat in the back of an AA 737 for nearly 10 minutes before people started to move.

Huggyu, It was meant for the Majors thread. If a Mod sees this could they please move it. Thanks.
