Thank you for your imput. It seems to me you dont know what your talking about all that much. Ill listen to someone with more Flight time than you. Thanks again

How would you know if any of us know what we're talking about to begin with? You're about to take a pre-solo written. You have no basis of comparison. I could tell you that the alternator ejects itself out of the airplane and falls to earth with a little parachute, and you might not know any better.

Seriously, show some respect.

I show no respect to those who show me none. Ive learned to do that on here. I needed to get tha Pre solo writen done that day because i was going flying later on. my instructor went over it with me so it was all good. I would have asked my dad but he was flying, He flys the Air bus A320 for UAL as an air check man. But i of corse see your point. i would never have asked these questions if i had the book with me that day. so thank you for your post. have a great day

Cheers!

This is only about the 20th time you've mentioned this. I'll never forget when you're dad came on here and told folks to make nice with you or else. Can't forget his power trip phrase "Son, I will be the one across the table at your interview."

i'm brutally intoxicated when i practice 172 emergencies on fs2002.... you should practice the same..

if you can do it when you're hammered on fs, chances are you have a *shot* of SURIVIVING in real life when you're sober.

*shot* = minute possibility

note: it took me 12 minutes to make this post without spelling errors

You know what else is awesome!! Getting drunk and then drive a car with the headlights off at night right at a car then turn on your high beams! MAN THATS FUN!!!!!!

Wow, pal. Get a life.

What is an Air Check Man? I have heard of check airmen. Are you sure your dad flies for United? I guess if a B757 can fly for hours with no generators and no battery a C172 won't have a problem either. Just shut off the master switch until you need to talk to somebody or need the battery.

Buddy you got 13 hours, I think that most of us have jobs. And I really doubt that your father will be the one interviewing you.

Well, he asked for it. Some people have to learn the hard way.
And some people never learn.

Holy ******************** this guy's looking for a backhand... hopefully some day he finds it.

Poor kid. He's young. Nothing wrong with being real proud of your dad. Unfortunately his dad came on here in a rant about people disrespecting ERAU and flew off the handle with that "I'll be on the other side of the table" crap. What a choad.
I am sure it was him pretending to be his dad.
