It's a pdf file of almost 3 Megabites, make sure you have a fast connection and lots of paper in your printer. Make sure you get the latest revisions also.
I've also seen it for sale in aviation bookstores. Failing that you can get it from the Govt priinting office.
I got mine on a CD-ROM from a company whose slogan was 'break the paper barrier'. Trying to remember the name of the company. Summit Aviation! That's it.
I'm sure they have a website. The CD also contains evry FAA publication you could want. Advisory Circs, Flt Trng Manual, PHAK, ATC manual. Great deal!
