Terminal In TPA

Does anyone know what the terminal on the West side of the field, North of Concourse E is used for? Had TPA overnights all last month and never saw any aircraft parked at it. Just curious

Oh, sorry. Thought you meant the passenger terminal.
The north cargo ramp is up there. DHL has DC-9's parked there sometimes.

This thing is south of the DHL ramp but North of the main terminal. Also, a little off of the subject, but you seem to know a little about TPA WP, have you ever noticed a cop car sitting under the the trees, probably 50 yrds from the departure end of 18R? I have seen him down there twice, just curious to know whether he is just eating his lunch there or trying to catch those crews swerving in and out of a money line.

I think the terminal your referring to is brand new and not finished yet, it will be for the chosen ones (Southwest) of course.
