Temp License in Mexico

Once, while in Monterey....

After getting a new rating and having the Temporary License in hand... I got the "deer in the headlights look" when I handed it to them. It took a little convincing to get them to except it as a "real" license.

Just got back from the trip, and no problem. Never asked anything, It was our usual handler. Last time I had to go to La Paz instaed of cabo cause it was to late and was asked for the license.

Faxed copies are not a substitute when flying in a foreign country. Its says so right in the FARs
