I need to get a couple little plastic tensioners for my Air 3500. I am having no luck getting anybody to sell me some. I remember I used to just call Telex and they'd send them out. Now they want me to send in the whole headset in for two $1.00 plastic pieces. I'd guess the shop charge would be more than the headset is worth. Anyone else having the same issue? Should I just wrap electrical tape and call it a day?
