Why you say that? I'm thinking about buying them both and then sending one back after trying them out... Used an 850 once, had to put earplugs under it, went back to the DCs and returned it in a week.

I use the Sennheiser HMEC25-KAS on the CRJ and I love them.... I have tried the Telexes and was not happy at all. The HMEC25 is very durable, although the ear pad did wear out after only about a year. If your a memeber of Alpa you can purchase through the ALPA Web site at a significant discount. Also, if you print out the order form and fax it (vs. online order) you can choose to have the payments spread out over 3,6 or 12 months interest free.......A great deal!
