Now I'm sure you meant refined pleasures like art museums and architecture but i haven't seen anything like that.

i would have to say geilenkirchen germany is my favorite...good places to visit like the netherlands are close by...you cant go wrong with german beer and chicks...ya buddy...giddy up

I was a 135 crew chief in my prior life, here's my list in order:
1. Souda Bay Crete in the summer. Hotel on the beach! Topless volleyball with scandinavian girls - this tdy will never be exceeded)
2. Pisa Italy in the summer - a close second
3. Istres France in January
4. Geilenkirchen, Germany
The Guard tdys were the best...nothing in the reserve world I've flown comes close except the Canadian airshows!
