TBM daily/hourly pilot rate

Anybody have a clue what the going day/hourly rate is for a tbm700 pilot in the SE?

Additionally, any ideas on insurance requirements? Should 2500tt, 500+ in pressurized piston airplanes and about 25 in TBM 700's get it?

A company called Quest has a bunch of them up at Reading, PA. They had an article in Pro-Pilot.Thats the northeast tho.......
