Stewarts Aircraft Service.....
The J-3 Cub and Citabria listed in my profile were rented at Stewarts. I earned my tailwheel endorsment there in their Cub and then practiced aerobatics in their Citabria with Emerson (the owner, I think). Their prices are competitive -- the Cub rented for only $39/hour but you need to factor in renter's insurance if you don't already have it if you want to fly solo. They require it for solo flights.
I highly enjoyed flying there, however there were some restrictions that are a nuisance, such as the Cub could only do landings at their own airport and no one else's. (i.e. no cross-countries in that plane)
Overall, I would recommend training there for the environment. Hand propping to start and taking off in a J-3 Cub on a bright summer morning on a grass runway with the door open sans a radio is an experience I'll never forget.
