Tail AD for Cessna 150/152?

Anyone heard of the service bulletin for the tails on Cessna 150 and 152s? Is this going to be a proposed AD?

I've heard nothing about it and fly those planes quite often...

This has been common on 200 series Cessna's for a long time. Anybody who has ever had an Cessna apart should sit up and take notice, because they know little is holding that vertical stab (indeed, most of the airplane) together.

Cracking of the attach brackets isn't news...except to the FAA.
