Anyone have info about these CV580 operators?

1) Capt pay?

2) Schedule (week on, ___ off)

3) Bases outside CMH

4) Bennies (health/ dental---> do they HAVE em' and when do they kick in?) ?

5) Contracts (DHL, USPS?)
