From what I've heard ;) , TAG does not have a "payscale". Essentially they provide the client with statistical salary data and make recommendations as to what the job "should" pay. Basically a, "if you want this it's gonna cost you that" recommendation. Some owners take that as gospel and some do their own thing when it comes down to negotiating salaries. As always, geography and demand play a big part in the equation.
