TAG is a management company. The care only about keeping clients happy.
Your life solely depends on the quality of the account you are hired for. Some have it good, some get beat to death.
If you are on a busy account with only 2 pilots (TAG pushes this) well....guess who's flying every time theres a trip?
Pay and Benefits are industry standard.
Charter Ally? well...I guess thats OK if you like flying charters (??)
