Does anyone know anything about this company? Are they good or bad to work for? How is the pay, benefits scedules etc..... Do they hire frequently? Thanks!

I can offer you my opinion as a "Charter Ally" which is a certificate rider of TAG but where I am employed by a different company. TAG is the most professionally run corporate flight company I have ever seen (having no experience with fractionals). Their training is top notch, the company is well organized and stable - as stable as any company in this business could be. With a large number of aircraft and flight departments at their disposal through the Charter Ally program, they are the largest private jet charter company in the world. Or so the advertising brochure says.

In my Flight Safety training, and on the road, I fly with other TAG pilots at other bases throughout the country and they all seem to say the same thing: they love it. Which I think really says something about a company. Pay varies slightly above average to above average (it is dependant on the client you are managing) schedules are good with some busier months, some slower months.

PM me if you want more details.
