Is there anyone out there that might be able to clue me in on the set up at TAG and Jet Aviation. I know that they are pretty big management firms. Here are some questions:

1) What is the percentage of aircraft on 91 management versus 91/136 managed charter?

2) What are the payscales on the lighter jet side (Citations etc.) like?

3) What are the work rules there (days-off, other duties, etc.)

4) what is pilot turn-over like and is either of these companies considered career destinations?

5) What is the differance between working for a larger firm like TAG or Jet Aviation versus a smaller corporate flight department or charter operator?

6) What kind of benefits do these companies provide to the flight crews and do they have any type of performance incentive program?

Thanks,

Jet Aviation runs a great operation. Each airplane is different and pay varies. They run a great, clean, safe operation and never nickel and dime the crews.

PM me for more info.
