Looking for information on what it is like to Flight instruct at Tab express. What is the student to instructor ratio? How many flight hours do the instructors average a month? What is the pay like? Do the new instructor get to fly the Kingair or is there a senority system there? Any info would be greatly appreciated.

You PM'd me and I just responded.

Basically, to instruct in the King Air you have to have worked at an airline. The insurance requirements are something like 3000 TT and 1500 ME Turbine. (I'm not sure, and I may have said something different in the PM).

However, TAB may be interested in an MEI for the Senecas. I think you need 1500 TT and 500 ME. You could probably instruct Pvt and Instrument in the C-172's and simulators as well.
