I am curious if your company has a specific way they want you to brief a T/O. I have heard many types of briefs and would like to know what the fracs require? Do you abort for anything below 80, and then the big items up to V1?
Would like to know how you guys and girls brief a T/O.
Thanks

Runway, runway condition, flaps setting, anti-ice, any abnormal conditions, abort criteria, what to do with a problem after V1 (altitudes, duties, return or divert, etc), departure procedure (including any noise abatement procedures), assigned altitudes and headings, etc. Everyone has their own style, but these are the main things everyone covers.

My favorite was, "Just sit there and clap your hands so that I know you aren't touching anything".

He was mean.

He would find himself single pilot.

Kind of like a operation at our airport who will not run ignition's on take off in their diamonds because they say it is to expensive.
