Anyone know what's going on with Swift in PHX? I heard someone say that they might be letting go of their pilots and completely convert to a Challenger fleet.

Anyone know what's going on with Swift in PHX? I heard someone say that they might be letting go of their pilots and completely convert to a Challenger fleet.

Why would they let go of their pilots if they were just swapping aircraft?

It would really suprise me if swift converted to all Challenger Aircraft. When I worked with them, not for them, they had control on the first 300 placement of Embraer Legacy aircraft. I know that they have sold / leased all of FLOPS aircraft as well as sold to other operators in the world. Would be quit suprising if that is the case. But as in aviation, you never know what they are thinking!

Legacy probably performs better than the CRJ/850.
