More on the Airline That Isn't

Some of the trolley dolleys that trained with SAS received charges on their credit cards when the company cards were denied. Not a good start or is that finish?

Still haven't heard from any PILOTS. They seem to have had F/A's now, what about pilots.

There are/were no pilots. There was only an over anxious flight attendant who put out their own money to fly flight attendants to Honolulu and then left them with chargebacks on their credit cards and bounced personal per diem checks!

No plane, no money, no approval, no registration, no nothing.

Missing Sweetwater

Another site informs that their website is down and the Feds are in hot pursuit.

Well here is some interesting info:

Went in to do my medical with Dr Scaff in HNL. He is a very well known AME in HNL and has been doing FAA medicals for years. Everyone goes to him.
So I go in and there is a Dr. doing medicals for him while he is on vacation.
Nice enough guy, when I'm leaving he hands me his card:

I googled "sweetwater air " and found this thread.
This seems a little weird, I never met a Dr. that gave out a card like that.
You would think he would have something that says AME or something.
He did sign my medical, Wes Young, MD, FACEP, Sr. AME
I looked him up, he is a real AME, since 1987 and I'm sure Dr. Scaff would have checked him out. So maybe he is getting scammed like the rest.
Guess I should have asked him about Sweetwater Air.

And Rock Springs, WY ???? seems like a funny place to base an airline.

Do a search on AME in HNL. Hugh Jorgan as well as others had some comments about Scaff's substitute.

That doc did not get scammed, he knows very well what is/was going on with Sweetwater.
