Both of our respective pilot groups seem very embroiled in our respective bargaining timelines right now; both groups facing significant pushback from our management teams.

NetJets pilots will be picketing in 7 cities across the United States on 9/10 from 11a-3p local time in pursuance of our next CBA.

I would like to invite all of you to join us wherever you may be.

1) This is good practice for any of you that would like to practice your picket skills to get a feel for what it's like to "walk the line".

2) This is a good exercise to support each other in our mutual pursuits to obtain fair pay, working conditions and benefits to support our families in exchange for our time on the road performing our craft.

3) Free lunch. [emoji106]?[emoji106]?[emoji106]?

This would be a great opportunity for YOUR management team to see coming events of what might happen on your side of the field in the event a TA cannot be reached. [emoji106]?[emoji106]?[emoji106]?

Are you guys handcuffed by the Railway Labor Act? If not, why not just walk off the ramp and let that Limousine Liberal Buffett and his rich fat cat friends travel with the steerage for a change?

They're covered by the RLA.

RLA.

Same rules as 121... For some reason.

At any rate... It would be great to get some professional comradery going across airport lines.

There should be several hundred current, past and never NetJets pilots in DAL alone picketing. Many SWA pilots might find it good practice for what lies ahead of your pilot group to get a feel.

Come on out. Come one, come all. There will be a SWAPA contingent in attendance. You won't be alone!

SWAPA sure could use some practice. Last one that was "scheduled" for the 21st got cancelled because there was movement in negotiations. Funny thing was that there was never any official information posted anywhere on the union website before the proposed date but there was plenty of information posted when they cancelled it. The only other picketing I am aware of was the protest by the RSW pilots against the purchase of AT that was massaged into a "show of support" of the company. Best of luck to the NetJet pilots.

A few showed up.

800 NetJets pilots of 2,700 total participating.

I enjoyed talking to the SWAPA guys in Dallas.
