The vote is in. Only 14% (and change) signed the petition for Swapa support of age 60+ waivers.
 
I think it would be interesting to see a vote today (it won't happen) on Age 60 now that Gary has said the train is starting to slow a bit.

Add a few years to the upgrade with slowed growth and Age 60 and you're looking at 8 or 9 years to the left seat if you're hired today.

And imagine what it will be like at other airlines where the years-to-upgrade figure was already in the low-to-mid teens.

Then I guess we will have to raise Fo pay accordingly.
Time to stand up for all not just the top few......

Who cares what seat as long as it pay well, has QOL, And Benefits.
