I know there have been posts in the past on this subject but Id thought Id ask again since some more recent people have gone thru.

With a class date of June 7th would your first check be on June 20th or July 5th?

What is the approximate take home during training?

Trying to plan. Thanks.

It would be the 5th.

You get an 1800 (- taxes) advance on the 5th

The 20th you get your salary minus payroll deductions, benefits, etc. Plus they add in any overtime from the previous month.

Right now with 90 TFP garuntee you gross about $3388.50
Sept 1 you get a raise to 41.83 x 90 = $3764.70

That is pre-tax/401K/deductions.

After training you can pick up extra trips for 2nd year pay (60.53 or 70.58 after Sept) or VJA/JA trips for time and a half (56.48 or 62.75 after Sept). 90 TFP is just the min garuntee for trainning/reserves.

Cody already told you. If you can't trust your friends, then who can you trust? Congratulations and we will see you soon.
